I’m developing Mais en Route: a mobile kitchen out of Concord, MA.

I have the perfect amount of gumption to make it happen, but, unfortunately, the kitchen fabricators don’t accept gumption as a down payment. So I’m launching a Kickstarter.

However you got here, thank you for taking the time to keep an eye on this project; it means the world to me, and I can’t wait to return the flavor.
